Sketch for Cordelia's apartment

This was a permanent set from episode 5 of Season 1 through the beginning of
Season 4. In the first episode in which it was seen, the arch in the middle was
walled over and contained the body of a young man who had been murdered
in the apartment. Cordy got a great deal on the place because it was haunted.
Fortunately the ghost became a friendly spirit, helping Cordy
with various tasks around the house.
